As part of organizational focus on individual talent development, a number of programs and initiatives have been launched across the organization. It is heartening to see employees are working on their self development and have started completing these certifications programs. “Since the lockdown started, I decided to take up a challenge to learn about various Public Clouds and spent about 5 months in the preparation. This journey has added to my knowledge and gave me perspective on how various Public Clouds are alike and different in their features and offerings as well as an opportunity to do hands-on-labs.
It enhanced my knowledge about architecting Cloud workloads using the best practices in Cloud Computing.”

As per the guidelines shared earlier, an employee had to complete one year of service in NPCI after availing the Certification Reimbursement, or else the same would be recovered from the employee as part of the full and final settlement. From July 29, 2020 onwards, this clause has been revised to six months. All employees are encouraged to take advantage of these guidelines to further enhance their capabilities and skills through certification.
