NPCI has employees across various levels, departments, locations, etc, working together as part of formal or informal workgoups in intra and/or cross functional projects and assignments. Many of these employees are having many interesting and inspiring experiences and stories. However, even after working with a colleague for years, do we really know about them?
In this edition, we highlight the achievement of 2 of our employees who took up the challenge to learn to play the guitar as part of the initiatives being undertaken as part of the NPCI Way rollout.
Lead Internal Audit
“I was always fascinated with string instruments and wanted to learn one of them. Guitar is a new age and modern string instrument that is a popular and favourite amongst many as its used widely in all forms of music and songs.
The cherry on the cake was when NPCI presented us with an opportunity to learn the instrument and seek relaxation as a part of work life balance”.

“I have always been fascinated by musical instruments, especially the guitar. Over the years, I have tried to learn many times but when NPCI provided this wonderful facility, I got my real chance. I thank NPCI for the opportunity to pursue my personal interest”.
